Position Overview
The Director of Finance, FP&A will play a critical role in driving Accrete AI's financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support scalable growth. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, this role will partner with leadership across the organization to deliver actionable insights, optimize financial performance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the financial planning process, including annual, quarterly, and monthly budgeting, forecasts, and long-term financial models.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support key strategic initiatives and company goals.
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Business Partnering
- Partner with executive leadership and department heads (Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, etc.) to align financial objectives with business priorities.
- Develop and deliver financial dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Reporting & Insights
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Prepare board and investor presentations, highlighting key financial insights and strategic opportunities.
Process Optimization & Systems
- Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Implement best practices in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing FP&A team as the organization grows.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience
- CPA required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with a focus on FP&A, including leadership roles.
- Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companies strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial reporting tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Salary Range: 150k-200k
