This person will be a solutions-oriented resource responsible for evaluating and reporting issues related to financial statements, budgets, over servicing and projections, along with ensuring that business processes are followed and that client accounts are properly resourced and profitable. The Director of Finance will report to the head of the agency and Chief Financial Officer, and work closely with internal stakeholders to provide financial clarity.What you'll be doing:
  • Serve as the financial lead for all clients, including:
    • Monitoring monthly and year-to-date service performance
    • Ensuring accurate billing and timely processing on a monthly basis
    • Collaborating with Head of Agencyto ensure accounts are profitable
    • Perform staffing assessments for all engagements
    • Track project hours and ensure alignment with budget; ensure all employees are submitting their hours on time and accurately
    • Support the completion of new vendor and RFP questionnairesWhat makes you qualified:
      • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (agency experience required)
      • In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles, including over-servicing, P&L management, Balance Sheet oversight, and revenue recognition practices
      • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying root causes and developing long-term solutions, while remaining adaptable to iterative approaches in the process
      • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Client-focused mindset with experience in consulting and fostering positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees.
