Director of Finance, Non-Acute Care Facilities - Cape Cod Healthcare : Job Details

Manage the general accounting functions relating to general ledger, payroll and internal and external reporting the for Physician practices, VNA (Visiting Nurse Association), JML, Heritage and Human Services. Assist the Corporate Controller in directing the accounting and financial reporting function of CCHC. Coordinate and oversee the management of general accounting functions and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and direct the preparation and distribution of timely and accurate operating and financial reports required within and outside the organization. Maintain data accuracy and integrity for Physician practices, VNA, JML, Heritage and Human Services. Prepare and support calculation of revenue, contractual allowances, bad debt and other reserves for assigned entities. Promote the concept of cooperation and develop lines of communication with persons both inside and outside the healthcare system. Select and hire professional level staff and provide training.
