Summary
This is a newly created position that will be instrumental in the establishment of many FP&A processes. This critical role will help shape the architecture of the new ERP (NetSuite) as well as partner with the organization to drive operational excellence and analytics across all locations. This position will report directly to the CFO and will work closely with the senior executive team and Site Controllers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and continuously improve reporting and tracking mechanisms, and tools and processes to support effective, and accurate financial planning across the company.
- Oversee the development of financial plans and budgets and compare them against actual results to identify variances and trends. Assess and improve FP&A reporting processes and quality.
- Assist in the implementation of a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.
- Support cross-functional cooperation and build strong working relationships between finance, business units, and operating teams.
- Coordinate with different teams to gather relevant financial information and to ensure alignment with financial plans.
- Lead financial modeling efforts to develop short and long-term operational forecasts.
- Deliver presentations on financial forecasts and budgets to the executive team and board members.
- Analyze financial data and market trends to identify business opportunities and cost savings.
- Develop and implement financial systems (NetSuite) and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Advise management on the financial implications of business activities and strategies.

Education and Experience:
- NetSuite experience highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
- 12-15 years with strong experience in a manufacturing environment.
