Noble Corporation is hiring for a Director of Global Logistics, Inventory & Warehouse at our Corporate office. The Director, Global Logistics, Inventory & Warehouse provides leadership to a global distributed team of logistics, inventory and warehouse professionals. This position has the responsibility for developing and executing logistics, warehouse and inventory strategies for Noble's global fleet as well as having the operational responsibilities and ensuring and effective daily operation. You will define and implement the transformational roadmap required to mature the Inventory, Warehouse and Logistics activities in Noble. This will include working closely with the Finance function to ensure the appropriate financial governance is in place for balance sheet reliability as well as working closely with the technical function to understand the needs for critical spares. The other key functions where strong collaboration is required include colleagues and stake-holders from the Operations Team. In a transformation period the Director, Logistics, Warehouse and Inventory will be responsible for delivering significant savings as part of the recent Mergers by utilizing the rig fleet inventory in the most optimal way and consolidate warehouse as well as optimize the logistic set up. Further in a transformation period it will also be the responsibility to ensure the logistics, inventory and warehouse processes are optimized in the ERP system. The tole Inventory is responsible for all onshore warehouses and storage location and including management of same and management of 3rd party where out-sourced and will further be responsible for optimizing the current warehouse structure and consolidate storage facilities. The role is further responsible for the global logistics operation and accountable for a cost effective and reliable and transparent logistic performance. The role is part of the SCM leadership team and will be expected to contribute to the overall development of long term SCM vision and strategy as well as performance of the entire SCM. Finally, you will lead teams required to deliver daily operational tasks to meet the requirements and requests from multiple stakeholders. Responsibility:
- Transformation Planning
- Establish an Inventory Management community and a corporate center of excellence governing stock policies, inventory valuation principles, inventory processes, and demand planning/MRP
- Initiate and lead initiatives to ensure continual development and optimization of logistics within the organization
- Define a transformation program to achieve the target operating model maturity
- Engage with the key senior stakeholders to align on and achieve the desired outcomes and financial targets
- Establish appropriate program and project management governance to monitor and communicate progress
- Establish a collaborative way of working with Operations and Operational Excellence to define and implement the principles to create a 'demand driven supply chain' model whilst also considering HSSE and legislative requirements
- Ensure collaboration with Operations and Operational Excellence to improve and optimize the overall inventory levels of the fleet: Onshore, Offshore and Project related
- Set improvement objectives and KPIs to monitor and report on progress, incl. tracking of tangible cost avoidance
General: - Leaders of leader. Lead the development of the Logistic, Warehouse and Inventory teams to ensure that we have the right competencies and capabilities, right people in the right positions, development of competencies across the SCM organization
- For all above ensure that global standards, guidelines and strategic requirements are met, and related strategies employed throughout the organization and drive continuous improvement and cost optimization
- Ensure that all processes are mapped and integrated in Noble's Management System along with work instructions / SOPs for the ERP system
- Build strong relations and align strategic direction with Operations, Operational Excellence and Finance. Establish a positive and constructive dialogue to maintain a high level of service, operational uptime and financial certainty.

Qualification Requirements: - You have 10+ years' experience of working in a Supply Chain function with global leadership experience
- You have 5-10+ years' experience working with fully integrated ERP systems, i.e. end-to-end Procure to Pay process flows, incl. financial transactions and work order management.
- You have a transformational mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
- You have a knowledge and understanding of the Drilling and Oil & Gas industries and associated equipment
- You have in depth experience of logistics services
- You have a proven track record of leading and delivering efficiency improvements
- You have experience in project management, with strong drive to push initiatives forward.
- You have knowledge on the capabilities of technology and can identify automation improvements
- You are an expert of breaking down business challenges into smaller pieces and translate them into tangible solutions
- You have good organizational skills, and you are a communicator with solid interpersonal skills
- You have a high level of energy, and you appreciate a dynamic and fast-paced work environments
