  • What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Drive total group revenue and ensure group business targets are met or exceeded
  • Manage a select portfolio of key accounts to generate group business
  • Lead daily business reviews and sales meetings with the Group Sales team
  • Oversee the hiring, evaluation, and training of the Group Sales team
  • Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Strategy to align sales strategies with overall resort goals
  • What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a group sales leadership role within hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible with work hours and available for travel as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and Delphi Software
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • College degree preferred
  • Capable of working in a high-stress, deadline-oriented environment
  • Willingness to obtain a valid Washington State Driver's License within 60 days of employment
