Drive total group revenue and ensure group business targets are met or exceededManage a select portfolio of key accounts to generate group businessLead daily business reviews and sales meetings with the Group Sales teamOversee the hiring, evaluation, and training of the Group Sales teamCollaborate with the Director of Revenue Strategy to align sales strategies with overall resort goalsWhat is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in a group sales leadership role within hospitalityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFlexible with work hours and available for travel as neededProficient in Microsoft Office Products and Delphi SoftwareHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
