- Customer Acquisition & Omnichannel Marketing
- Strategy & Execution: Drive efficient customer acquisition across paid (social, search, digital) and organic channels, focusing on retail traffic and CAC efficiency.
- Performance Marketing: Lead paid social and digital ads, managing end-to-end campaigns, timelines, content, A/B testing, and media-buying for maximum ROI.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Develop and optimize email/SMS flows (e.g., welcome, win back), collaborating with creative teams to enhance engagement for Studio and CPG.
- Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization
- Landing Page Strategy: Design and test landing pages to drive conversions, overseeing all stages from ideation to analysis.
- Conversion Optimization: Continuously improve landing pages and websites to maximize conversion rates.
- Influencer & Brand Marketing
- Influencer Partnerships: Build influencer relationships to boost brand reach and engagement.
- Local Marketing & Brand Development: Strengthen brand presence with studio marketing, professional partnerships, and event activations.
- Data Analysis, Budget Management & Reporting
- Data-Driven Decisions: Conduct in-depth analysis across growth KPIs, making recommendations to support Studio and CPG objectives.
- Advanced Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics for insights into CAC, ROI, LTV, and retention.
- Budget Oversight: Manage and adjust the marketing budget based on performance to ensure efficient CAC and ROI.
- Strategy & Operational Leadership
- Strategic Planning: Work with leadership to set goals and identify new opportunities across Studio and CPG.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline workflows, ensuring cross-functional alignment and cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Leadership & Project Management
- Hands-On Execution: Lead by example, ensuring timely project execution and team development.
- Stakeholder Presentations: Confidently present KPIs, test results, and budgets in investor meetings.
- Market Research & Customer Insights
- Customer Research: Conduct surveys and focus groups to deepen understanding of customer needs.
- Trend Analysis: Regularly analyze trends and feedback to optimize campaigns.
- Public Relations & Media Management
- PR Strategy: Manage PR efforts to maintain media presence, positioning the company as a hair growth industry leader.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Team Alignment: Coordinate with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure a unified marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
What You Need
- 5-7 years of experience in strategic marketing, growth, consulting, strategy, operations, startups, or related roles.
- Specific Marketing Experience:
- Growth Marketing: Proficient in customer acquisition, retention, and performance marketing (SEO, SEM, email). Skilled in lifecycle marketing, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
- Brand Building: Experienced in brand development, storytelling, and product marketing. Capable of positioning products and crafting resonant brand messaging.
- Data-driven: Proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) for KPI tracking. Experienced in testing and optimization (A/B, multivariate testing).
- Cross-functional collaboration: Skilled in partner and agency management, ensuring brand alignment. Effective in stakeholder engagement, particularly with investors.
- A history of driving profitable growth using various marketing channels, balancing experimentation while managing towards CAC targets.
- Experience with fitness/health/wellness/services and/or 4-wall/retail/studio marketing efforts a plus.
- Growth Marketing: Creative problem solver with expertise in scaling and optimizing growth efforts.
- Fast Execution: Experienced in high-speed startup environments requiring quick decision-making.
- CPG or Broad Marketing: Preferably from a CPG background or with comprehensive, multi-disciplinary marketing experience.
