Job Summary: The Director of Home Care Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence and aligning day-to-day functions with the organization's strategic goals. This role oversees core areas, including nursing, waiver programs, private pay services, and intake operations, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, financial stewardship, and superior patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight and Leadership
- Develop and implement strategic goals for nursing, waiver programs, private pay services, and intake operations to align with the organization's overall mission.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics across all operational areas to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
Nursing Operations
- Provide high-level oversight of nursing services, ensuring optimal staffing models and resource allocation to meet patient care needs.
- Monitor compliance with clinical protocols, federal and state healthcare regulations, and quality standards.

Waiver Program Operations
- Oversee the execution of Medicaid waiver programs, ensuring eligibility processes, service delivery, and compliance with state and federal requirements.
- Develop and evaluate policies and programs that support individualized care plans for waiver program participants.
- Analyze program performance data to drive improvements and address gaps in service delivery.
Private Pay Services
- Direct the development of private pay service models, ensuring they meet client expectations for personalized, high-quality care.
- Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and financial performance to drive growth and sustainability.
- Lead efforts to expand service offerings and market reach, fostering strong client relationships and partnerships.
Intake Operations
- Provide strategic oversight for the intake process, ensuring timely and accurate client onboarding from referral to enrollment.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing,
or a related field; a Master's degree in a relevant discipline is strongly preferred.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably within a home healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple operational departments such as nursing, waiver programs, private pay services, and client intake.
