Director of Human Resources /HR Director

As the Director of Human Resources you will oversee all of the HR for the manufacturing plant. One person in HR will work under you in the Ohio location and one person will work under you in the Arizona location.

You will play a key role in the management team to support the skin care and hair care manufacturing plant.

Location:

Columbus, Ohio area

Requirements:

5-10+ years`experience as an HR Manager or HR Director, in Manufacturing. If working in the Cosmetics and/or Personal Care Products/Beauty Industry that is a huge plus!

This manufacturing plant is Formulating Skin Care & Hair Products.

Current and/or previous experience in a contract manufacturing company or a company with a high volume of new skin care or hair care formulations.

Strong Leadership experience
