Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc. has an opportunity for an experienced human resources professional for the role of Director of Human Resources.
Position Objectives:
Serving as business partner and peer to the company s executive management team, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for overall management and on-going process improvement of the company s recruitment function to attract and retain a talented and diverse workforce, as well as broad generalist human resources responsibilities that include administration of existing policies and programs, performance management, and as described below. Reporting to the President & CEO, and collaborating closely with our General Counsel/Compliance Officer.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Typical Work Schedule: 8:30 to 5:00 (but expected to work early or late as may be needed to meet responsibilities; this is an exempt role)
Position Location: Main Office of Yonkers Contracting in Yonkers, NY. In-office attendance is required full-time, five days per week. Work from home is not available.
Salary Range: $95(k) - $140(k) based on experience, education, and training
