The Director of Human Resources is responsible for planning, leading, developing and coordinating policies, activities and the HR team, to ensure legal compliance, foster a positive organizational culture, and advance the organization's mission and talent strategy. This position collaborates closely with senior leadership to support the organization's staffing, recruiting, engagement, and retention goals while maintaining a high standard of HR services.Key performance duties and responsibilities will include:
