Position Overview
As the IT Director, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the organization's IT vision and strategy, transforming it into actionable goals. Collaborating with the Leadership Team, you will drive improvements in security, infrastructure, IT systems, and networks. The ideal candidate will lead the IT department with a focus on ERP systems and the activities related to the Business Continuity Program, ensuring the IT roadmap is up to date and that milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership- Oversee all IT operations and supervise IT staff and systems.
- Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the organization's infrastructure, including hardware, information systems, security, and communication systems.
- Define and execute the IT roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Business Continuity and Security- Design and implement business continuity protocols to minimize disruptions during emergencies or data loss.
- Facilitate IT security audits and investigations to safeguard organizational assets.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Optimization- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business and technology needs and optimize technology usage across the organization.
- Foster relationships with external IT vendors and service providers to support organizational goals.
System Implementation and Performance- Oversee the smooth delivery and operation of IT services, including system performance monitoring.
- Develop processes and standards for selecting, implementing, and supporting IT systems.
- Lead the creation, design, and implementation of ERP system solutions architecture and CRM tools.
Team Leadership and Development- Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff, fostering a high-performing team.
- Manage midsize to large teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective stakeholder influence.
Required Skills and Abilities

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience, including strategic planning and leading IT teams.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms, web-based technologies, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), cybersecurity, and business continuity practices.
- Proven success in delivering complex ERP system solutions, including full lifecycle ERP implementations for finance and operations/supply chain.
- 3–5 years of leadership experience managing midsize to large teams and engaging senior-level management and stakeholders.
- Project/program management certification and/or Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred but not required.
