Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Information Technology at DigitalTherapy.io. The role is located in the New York City Metropolitan Area with partial remote work allowed. The Director will oversee IT evaluation, system design, deployment and monitoring.

50% of your time will be spent on site at 1 to 3 client HQs (mostly midtown Manhattan). We specialize in professional services firms but our primary customer category is accounting firms with $2.5M-$25M ARR.

We're engaged as a 360 technology-as-a-service partner. That means we handle both sides of the coin:

Software

Software selections, platform implementations, custom software development, process design & optimization and automations & AI enablement.

IT, Cyber Security & Help Desk

Microsoft 365, Teams / Sharepoint, VPN, Firewall, MFA, Email Security, Network Security, Vulscans, Pen Testing, Help Desk, Compliance.

Qualifications

• You've worked at an accounting firm before with at least 10 FTEs
