RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Director of Insights & Analytics at BranchLab, you will oversee all research, reporting and insight deliverables for our clients. This includes data collection, querying, analysis, developing new insights, storytelling, and recommending data-driven strategies to improve media performance. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Transform BranchLab data into actionable insights that drive tangible client outcomes
  • Support client facing teams with research and insights to ensure client success
  • Provide audience creation and media optimization recommendations
  • Analyze impact of targeting on patient and HCP outcomes
  • Extracting insights and generate reports from various sources
  • Develop systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing analytics or related field
  • Demonstrate proven experience as an Analytics Manager or Data Scientist, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and insights generation, preferably in a business or marketing analytics role.
  • Understanding of media landscape and advertising analytics, preferably in TV and healthcare advertising

SPECIAL SKILLS

  • Expert data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, and query environments like SQL along with proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Proficiency with Python is not necessary but would be a valuable skill for this position.
  • Communicate data-driven research and optimization recommendations through creation of compelling, visual storytelling
  • Ability to effectively communicate with revenue teams, TV partners, and brand/agency customers.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to think critically and draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
