About the Director Position: LCFC is seeking a full-time, experienced, and well-organized Director to manage and advance various aspects of the Foundation's work. The Director will oversee the day-to-day operations and implementation of LCFC's nonprofit ecosystem strategy and tools. This role is dedicated to strengthening Latino-serving nonprofit infrastructures through capacity building and leadership development while supporting partnership programs with institutions for systems change.
Key responsibilities include advancing LCFC's mission and strategic goals by designing and incorporating community-centered practices through its programs. They will oversee grant distribution, program budgets, and ongoing program evaluation, ensuring all reporting requirements are met. Additionally, this role will manage grantee and program-related meetings and convenings.
The Director will supervise at least one direct report and interface regularly with departments across the Foundation and project-specific consultants and contractors.
This position is ideally suited for a seasoned professional with a deep commitment to community empowerment, fostering collaboration and partnership, and creating a significant, positive impact on communities. The role will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Community Innovation and Strategic Partnerships.

Qualifications
Required Experience
Education/Experience: Program/Project design, management, and development at an organization; AA or BA/BS a plus.
POSITION STATUS, SCHEDULE, SALARY & BENEFITS
Position Status: This is a full-time, at-will, exempt position.
Schedule : Flexible hybrid work approach. Some evenings and weekends will be required.
Salary : Starting salary range is $75,000 to $90,000 depending on experience and relevant skills.
