Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Licensing & Business Development at Prosper Brands, located in New York, NY. The Director will be responsible for contract negotiation, brand licensing, sales, and strategic planning on a day-to-day basis for multiple brands. Experience in Home Licensing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Contract Negotiation, Brand Licensing, and Licensing skills
• Sales and Strategic Planning skills
• At least 8 years experience in licensing and business development
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Must be a self-starter who is capable of independent problem solving
• Existing relationships with major retailers is a plus
• Must be willing to be in the office 4 days a week
