Director of Manufacturing - JCW Group : Job Details

JCW Search is currently recruiting for an exciting search for a Director of Manufacturing to join a growing Pharmaceutical company based in East Windsor, NJ. This role reports directly to the VP of Operations and overseas the sterile manufacturing of the pharmaceutical products for the company.

This role is onsite 5 days a week and offers a competitive salary & benefits!

Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support for manufacturing execution
• Drives efforts to optimize manufacturing processes and workflows
• Serves as a technical subject matter expert in drug substances, drug product manufacturing, sterile filling, and/or packaging processes

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of aseptic manufacturing experience
• Must have at least 8 years of leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree is required
