As a leader, you will create strong partnerships across the business to ensure delivery of our Supply Chain strategies in line with our Growth agenda. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing our Plant multi-functional teams to identify best practices and improvements that will increase our Reliability, Productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Your goal will be to establish an Agile and synchronized Supply chain.
How you will contribute
You will:
Work cross-functionally to develop and implement a 3-year strategic plan and annual operating plan, proactively identifying key opportunities and linking strategy to action to enable safe, reliable, flexible, and cost-efficient manufacturing capability.Provide coaching towards implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma ways of working and phase journey as per masterplan and self-sufficient teams.Protect the value of the assets through appropriate assessment of needs and planning of spend. Lead and be accountable for all Manufacturing standards, Governance, and Compliance requirements.Lead and be accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the Plant.Interface with key stakeholders internally & externally to establish/maintain effective relationships.What you will bring:

Significant experience in leading manufacturing performance in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills.Experience in interfacing with the broader Supply Chain and Commercial functions.Responsibilities include:
Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility.Work closely with quality personnel to review product consistency while monitoring scrap rates.Review established production schedules for all manufacturing departments.Initiate, maintain and support a superior safety and housekeeping program.Develop, execute, and maintain the budget for the manufacturing facility.Drive investment to ensure long-term competitiveness of the plants.Analyze workforce requirements and ensure Plant operating efficiently.Remove production constraints and direct production employees to attain goals.More about this role
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical Field.At least 8 years of fundamental knowledge and experience within a supply chain environment.Demonstrated TPM / Lean Six Sigma experience.Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization.This position is on-site in our Chicago Plant: 7300 S Kedzie Ave, Chicago IL 60629
The base salary range for this position is $141,000 - $246,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
