Your expertise in market analysis, market research, and identifying emerging market trends will directly influence our ability to deliver innovative and community-focused developments.What You'll Do:
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify national, regional, and submarket opportunities within the housing and multifamily sectors.
- Evaluate supply and demand dynamics, multifamily performance, and single-family trends to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Deliver consistent, actionable monthly reports that inform key business decisions.
- Partner with development teams to assess market opportunities and align strategies with growth objectives.
- Prepare market outlook reports and updates for investors, showcasing your ability to translate complex data into compelling insights.
- Leverage industry-leading tools like RealPage, CoStar, NMHC, and NAHB to aggregate and interpret data, presenting critical findings to executives and stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in real estate market research (commercial real estate preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
- Familiarity with GIS tools and other data visualization platforms is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
