Overview:The Director of Marketing will manage a small team and own the Company's revenue operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, market sizing, SEO/SEM, and a proven track record in B2B marketing. This role is critical in shaping marketing strategy, enhancing market presence, and driving business growth for the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a small team of marketing professionals with a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Own and optimize revenue operations processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales enablement.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and market sizing to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation.
- Design and execute B2B marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, leveraging content marketing, social media, email marketing, and other channels to engage target audiences.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of market research methodologies and data analysis.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
