Position Overview:
The Director of Marketing for ABA Services will be responsible for leading all marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility, create a cohesive marketing strategy, and support the sales team in reaching business goals. This role is central to the growth of our company and requires a deep understanding of the ABA space, with a focus on crafting impactful messaging that resonates with the industry.
In collaboration with the CEO, this individual will drive the development of the company's branding, messaging, and website. They will oversee the creation of marketing collateral and digital assets to support sales initiatives, enabling the team to achieve revenue targets. The Director of Marketing will manage campaigns across multiple channels, using insights from data analysis to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
Responsibilities of the Director of Marketing:
- Revenue and EBITDA: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive cost-effective customer acquisition, increase market awareness and expand the customer base to drive EBITDA and Revenue growth.
- Brand Development: Lead the creation and refinement of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing and sales channels.
- Website Development: Oversee website design, content, and user experience to ensure a strong digital presence aligned with company objectives.
- Campaign Strategy: Design, launch, and manage marketing campaigns targeting key stakeholders in the ABA space to drive brand awareness and client acquisition. Add lead generation responsibilities here including multi channel approach (current/future)
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the CEO and VP of Sales to develop sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, and case studies, that effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor positioning, and client needs, informing strategic decisions and marketing focus areas.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives to achieve optimal ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and operations to ensure alignment on messaging, strategy, and goals.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics to measure campaign success, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic direction.
Qualifications of the Director of Marketing:
- Proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably within healthcare, behavioral analysis, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the ABA space and ability to develop targeted marketing strategies for the industry.
- Expertise in brand development, content strategy, and campaign management.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Strong analytical skills to define metrics, analyze campaign success, track, and forecast leads in collaboration with Sales and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management. Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) for tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with sales, clinical, and executive teams to align on goals and ensure consistent messaging.
- Analytical Mindset: Skills in interpreting data, measuring marketing ROI, and applying insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.
