Your Role:

As the Director of Mission Integration & Chaplain, you will:

  • Ensure alignment of our mission and values across the senior living community.
  • Engage with staff, residents, the advisory board, and the broader community to uphold and advance the Franciscan legacy.
  • Cultivate workplace spirituality and facilitate theological discussions with leadership.
  • Provide empathetic spiritual care to residents, especially during end-of-life transitions.
  • Integrate spiritual care into all facets of our services, enhancing the resident experience.
What You Bring:
  • A Master s degree in theology, pastoral care, or a related health field, with understanding of healthcare operations and financing.
  • Experience working with elderly populations; prior exposure to Catholic healthcare environments preferred.
  • At least 2 years of management experience, ideally in healthcare.
  • Completion of 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent pastoral care training preferred.
