Details:
Under the supervision of the VP of Behavioral Health Services and in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer, the requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required forDirector of Mobile Services. The employee will provide the coordination of the activities of the crisis counseling program including and not limited to the acting as a liaison and managing the oversight of community partnerships, engagement and coordination and planning in service deliverables and planning with the Services of the 5 Mobile Units. The employee ensures strengths based, person centered quality of care provided in a culturally and linguistically meaningful therapeutic environment, utilizing the agency mobile units. This position will be located in the Bronx
KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
+ Chiefly responsible for developing and maintaining workflows and processes related to the Agency Mobile Units located in NYC and Upstate NY. (5 vans)
+ Lead in the coordination of services across agency departments to
+ The Director of Mobile Services is responsible for overall management of the mobile units, including liaising with inter-agency departments, OASAS, and DEA; coordinating and leading community partnerships; supervising members of the mobile units teams; and overseeing project implementation, reporting, and monitoring and ongoing evaluation of the services provided.
+ Acts as the main point of contact for OASAS project managers for mobile unit services and funding.
+ Supervises the continuous quality initiatives and collaborative development of policies and procedures, workflows, and meeting funder expectations.
+ Directly supervises data reporting and EHR documentation to ensure compliance with city/state, agency, and funder requirements.
+ Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Education requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree, require
+ Our ideal candidate would be someone who hasOpioid Treatment Program experience (either clinical or medical)
+ Registered Nurse and/or degree in related field, preferred.
+ Experience working with medication assisted treatments for substance use disorders (e.g., methadone, suboxone, etc.), required.
+ Proficiency in behavioral health and integrated practices, preferred.
+ Ability to use business acumen to exercise good judgment and decision-making
+ Most work is completed in community/mobile unit, with occasional work done in the office as indicated by supervisor.
+ Subject to outside environmental conditions while performing tasks associated with job functions.
+ Ability to deal with sensitive issues with diplomacy and discretion.
+ Must be able to multi-task with strong organization sills.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate both verbally and in written form.
+ Commitment to cultural diversity and sensitivity.
+ Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure and operate with a keen sense of urgency and commitment to quality.
+ Bilingual - Spanish speaking a plus.
