The Director of Strategic Growth and Business Operations plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the company through strategic planning, business development market analysis, and fostering strong client relationships. We are a Federal Government contractor currently primarily engaged in supporting the DOD programs.
Duties
Lead business development initiatives to drive revenue growthDevelop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market reachManage projects related to business development and salesManage day-to-day operationsNegotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomesExperience
Proven experience in business development, sales, operations or a related fieldStrong project management skillsAbility to strategize and implement effective growth-oriented business plansExcellent communication and negotiation skillsPrior experience in customer relationship management is a plusQualifications
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldProven experience in business development, strategic planning, and salesStrong negotiation and project management skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to build customer relationshipsProficient in Microsoft Office suite, Teams, SharePoint, Excel and WordExperience supporting Federal Contracts is a big plus.Job Types: Full-time, Contract
