Stavros is looking for a Director to manage our operations for the NEW Wheelchair Repair Contract who will report to the Director of Independent Living. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Project Management experience, preferably in a non-profit environment or hold a Project Management Professional Certification.

Skill-set musts for this position include excellent communication and writing skills, as well as dedication to serving individuals with disabilities.

Primary responsibilities include ensuring compliance with the terms of the Wheelchair Repair Contract, securing and coordinating necessary resources, overseeing all contract-related activities, acting as a liaison between Stavros, EOHHS, and other providers as needed, and monitoring policies and procedures for effectiveness while implementing changes when necessary.
