Job DescriptionGPAC has partnered with a top healthcare provider to add a Director of Operations to their team in Sioux City. This person will ensure that the operations of the facility including facility maintenance, real estate, budgeting, and insurance comply with regulatory agency policies and procedures. • Bachelor's required, Masters preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and three years of job-related experience of healthcare operations and facility management.
• 3+ years' experience of leading and supervising professional staff.
• Experience in managing budgets and in implementing professional development programs and training of personnel.
• Experience in working with shared leadership and with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that include the ability to write effective business memos and correspondence.
