Job Title: Director Of Operations
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal staff and key team members to ensure successful event execution.
- Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring all staff are equipped to perform efficiently.
- Manage the facility preparation and oversee smooth setup processes for events.
- Engage with clients with deep knowledge of the event space to foster informed and productive discussions.
- Handle project documentation and budgets to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage client relationships and event logistics effectively.
Education, Skills & Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- At least five years of experience in warehouse, delivery, or route management is essential.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.
- A professional appearance is expected at all times.
- A valid drivers license is required.
- Ability to apply mathematical skills for problem-solving is necessary.
- Basic computer skills are beneficial, with training on rental software provided.
- Clear English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Must successfully pass a company-administered drug screening.
- Consistent and reliable attendance is mandatory.
- Full mobility and dexterity are necessary.
- Ability to follow and complete written, verbal, or scheduled instructions is essential.
- Must foster a positive and cooperative working environment with colleagues.

Pay:$90,000.00 - $175,000.00
