~ We are currently seeking a Director of Operations to lead and ensure the success of our operations, while maintaining strict adherence to the client's culture and guidelines, health department regulations, and company standards. You will oversee all aspects of food service operations, including new café openings, staff supervision and development, financial management, retail operations, and overall operational excellence.

• The operation is located in a casino environment.
• Schedule varies - Typical schedule - Tuesday to Saturday or Wednesday to Sunday - 9am - 6pm, 11am to 8pm
• Prior Casino F&B Experience or Multi-Outlet Hotel F&B Experience preferred
