DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for coaching, mentoring and developing your team
• Responsible for increasing revenue, meeting budgets
• Responsible for following SOP's

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

• 10 years of experience in restaurant, golf or hotel management
• 5 years of General Management expertise
• Strong financial acumen managing $20M
• Solid team building and leadership skills
• Experience working in a busy high volume establishment
