The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day plant activities, engineering, and production scheduling, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
• Implements manufacturing strategies and action plans
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, projects, and departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years or progressive experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering
