Company Overview

Drip EZ is a rapidly growing consumer goods company specializing in BBQ/Outdoor cooking and kitchen accessories. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Director of Operations to partner with us in this mission.

Position Summary

The Director of Operations will lead our end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless forecasting, procurement, logistics, and warehouse management. This role will also oversee systems critical to the company's operations, including ERP, EDI, and other technology platforms. This position will report to our COO.

Key Responsibilities

-Systems Management

• Act as the primary liaison for ERP system implementation, maintenance, and optimization, ensuring all operational needs are met.
• Oversee EDI and order processing systems, ensuring accurate and timely data flow for order fulfillment.
• Regularly review and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

-Forecasting and Supply Chain Planning/Execution:

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with sales, marketing and finance teams.
• Translate forecasts into actionable procurement plans.
• Work closely with suppliers, optimizing purchases and inventory levels in step with the seasonality of demand.

-Logistics Management

• Oversee freight and logistics operations, coordinating with freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery and cost optimization.
• Negotiate shipping rates and manage carrier relationships to reduce logistics costs.
• Monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to the warehouse and to customers.

-Inventory Management

• Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock for eCommerce, Amazon and wholesale channels.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and conduct regular audits to minimize shrinkage and discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

-Warehouse Management

• Supervise the Warehouse Manager and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure the warehouse is operating efficiently, meeting KPIs for speed, accuracy, and safety.
• Drive process improvements within the warehouse to support scalability and growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 5+ years in operations management within a consumer goods, eCommerce-driven business.
• Strong proficiency with operations related to Shopify, Amazon and wholesale channels.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, etc.(MBA is a plus).
• Expertise in demand forecasting, supply chain optimization, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to manage freight logistics, including working with freight forwarders.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems and EDI platforms
• Experience supervising warehouse operations and managing teams.

Compensation and Benefits

• $90,000-$130,000, based on experience.
• Cash Bonus

This is an in-person/onsite position at Drip EZ Headquarters in Broomfield, CO.
