Located in the heart of Chicago, we are redefining recovery and want you to play a key role in helping deliver the best therapeutic outcomes for our patients. We are a free, walk-in, behavioral, outpatient treatment center serving the west side of Chicago since 2016.Why Work With Us?

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily functions of the workplace and act as a supervisor for a variety of departments, including and ensuring effective group and individual counseling, peer support programs, and building maintenance
  • Mediate workplace conflicts, problem solve, and maintain a cohesive, productive environment for our staff to excel in.
  • Maintain budgeted costs and a complex work calendar.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations
  • Foster an inclusive environment, encouraging our coworkers to utilize their different backgrounds to the advantage of the patients.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation while remaining open to feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Recognize potential opportunities and develop strategic plans for approach and execution on the fly.
  • Exhibit strong entrepreneurial skills while adhering to the established guidelines for the position.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Counseling, or related field; OR a minimum of seven years related experience and/or training.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in addiction recovery, social work or a related field.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
