Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with an Assisted Living Care organization seeking a Director of Operations to lead one of their new facilities. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a newly opened Assisted Living facility, ensuring resident well-being and operational excellence while adhering to all regulations.

This is a 24/7 operation so after hours attention may be required for emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and resident care.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Provide training and oversight to ensure proper procedures and care are followed.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations (e.g., Comar).
  • Manage all documentation and paperwork including certifications, state/county compliance, etc.
  • Collaborate with Owners/Directors on strategic planning and operational improvements.
  • Resolve operational, financial, marketing, and HR challenges.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Assisted Living, with 2+ years in management.
  • High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
