The Role:

As Director of Critical Operations, you will lead and mentor site teams while maintaining mission-critical data center infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and fire/life safety systems. You'll be responsible for maintaining 100% uptime across your region while driving operational excellence in Safety, Team Development, Availability, and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead regional data center operations teams and manage site-level programs
• Drive operational excellence through preventative maintenance programs
• Oversee CAPEX/OPEX budgets and project execution
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
• Lead incident reporting and root cause analysis processes

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of data center or mission-critical operations experience
• Expert knowledge of data center systems (UPS, CRAH, Chillers, etc.)
• Proven experience managing multi-million dollar operational budgets
• Strong understanding of NFPA standards and compliance requirements
• Excellence in team leadership and development
• Bachelor's degree preferred
