- 3+ years of experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field (operations or business development preferred).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across different levels of an organization.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies for community engagement.
- Self-driven and self-disciplined, determined to independently drive results.
