Posted 3 days agoDescriptionWe are looking for a specialized professional whose primary goal is to envision, anticipate, and drive the creation, review, and continual testing and improvement of the law firm's key internal policies, external policies, and operational systems, processes, and procedures to ensure operational integrity and maximize efficiencies.You will be employed by and report to the Owner or CEO/Managing Partner.With the delegated authority of the Owner, you shall manage the firm's infrastructure by the creation and implementation of stable systems such as:
  • Establish policies that describe and promote the firm's mission, culture, and core values.
  • Establish policies, procedures, and systems to attract, recruit, onboard, and retain an A Team of staff.
  • Engineer policies, procedures, and systems to motivate and lead employees to maximum performance and dedication.
  • Engineer policies, procedures, and systems to provide accountability and certainty for each team member's daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks.
  • Engineer policies, procedures, and systems to streamline the workflow processes in the firm.
  • Work with the CEO to establish policies and procedures to systematize the reporting of the firm's finances and metrics.
  • Work with the CEO to establish policies and procedures to systematize the marketing efforts of the firm in accordance with the written business plan.
  • Work with the CEO to establish policies and procedures to systematize the sales process of onboarding the right kind of A clients in the right numbers in accordance with the written Business plan.
  • Work with the CEO and legal administrator to establish policies, procedures, and systems for the day-to-day running of the law firm, including HR and training functions.
  • You must understand the firm's KPIs and COGs or be able to learn it quickly.Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
    • Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of operational staff to ensure a high-performing team.
    • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure alignment of operational goals with overall company objectives.
    • Prepare and manage the operational budget to optimize resource allocation and maximize profitability.Qualifications
      • 5+ years of experience in operations management and 10+ years in management is required.
      • Proven track record in legal, HR, sales, and account management.
      • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
      • Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities.
