About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise managers responsible for cleaning, laborer, and rubbish removal teams.Develop and implement operational strategies to boost efficiency and quality.Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and project timelines.Manage resource allocation and logistics to meet operational goals.Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of key personnel.Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.Implement accountability structures and KPIs to track performance and efficiency.Foster collaboration between field teams and office staff to improve operations.Requirements:
