Pay: Range of $160,000.00-$180,000.00

The Director of Patient Services will be responsible for the following duties:

• Elicit recommendations regarding continuous improvement of patient safety from staff
• Responds to patient/family concerns and as necessary, institute actions to mitigate/resolves issues to promote optimal care
• Provides day to day support to Patient Care Coordinators in management of individual interdisciplinary teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current NY State Registered Nurse License
• Masters Degree in health related field required
• Minimum of six (6) years professional nursing, at least two (2) in Community setting and minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in community setting.
• Current Drivers License preferred and insurance
