The Director of People Rewards will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and will lead a dedicated team of compensation, benefits, and HRIS professionals. The Director of People Rewards will also work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and clinical leaders to ensure programs are both impactful and sustainable.
