Company DescriptionThe Housing Authority of the City of Shreveport (HACS) provides quality affordable housing to low-income families and individuals through the effective and efficient administration of housing assistance programs. Job DescriptionJob Duties:-Coordinate all external and internal training, including new employees.-They will also ensure SOPs and SOSs are developed and adhered to.-Responsible for monitoring department file integrity and accountability- Conduct business analysis to identify and document business processes, requirements, and objectives.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather relevant information.- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.- Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, including recommending changes to workflows, procedures, and technologies.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, discuss findings, and present recommendations.- Create detailed documentation, such as process maps, flowcharts, and business requirements documents.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as necessary.- Provide support and guidance to project teams during the implementation of process improvement initiatives.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business process analysis.QualificationsSkills: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and systems.- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement changes.- Proficient in using various business analysis tools and techniques.- Experience in project management methodologies and tools.- Knowledge of change management principles and techniques.- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.   • Starting Salary: $65,000 (based on qualifications and experience)
