We are looking to add an experienced Pricing and Sourcing Director to join our fast-growing company powered by a people-centered culture. In this role, you'll collaborate directly with the VP of Business Development, stepping in as the Deputy of the Business Development Division as needed and work as his strategic thought partner. This is a 100% remote opportunity with occasional travel for customer events and supplier coordination. Your role will be pivotal as you will be focusing on business development and contracts. • Lead pricing strategy for bids, including developing competitive price-to-win approaches for proposal submissions
• Coordinate comprehensive product sourcing across multiple supply categories, including Office, IT, MRO, Jan San, and Medical Supplies
• Manage RFPs, RFQs, and multi-award task order responses to expand new business
• Collaborate closely with Vendor Management (VM) and suppliers to ensure effective sourcing for new and existing business
• Develop and maintain supply chains, aligning with GSA, DLA, military services, and federal agency requirements
• Work alongside the Vice President of Business Development as a deputy in the Business Development Division, stepping in as Capture Manager on bids when needed

You're a Great Fit for This Role If:

• You have 5 years of experience in Business or Supply Chain, or a related educational background
• You have the ability to navigate and understand highly complex pricing and sourcing in the government sector
• Familiarity with Category Knowledge is a plus (Ours)
• You have the ability to step in to support, lead, and contribute across various areas as needed
• You have an Entrepreneurial Mindset

Requirements

• You have 5 years of experience in Business or Supply Chain, or a related educational background
• You must have consistent minimum internet speeds of 8Mbps and a modern computer that meets the below specs:
  • Multicore Processor ex: Intel i3,i5,i7, or higher; AMD Ryzen, Athlon, FX or higher
  • 8GB of Memory or higher
  • Minimum 128GB Hard Disk Drive or Solid State Storage
  • Licensed 64 bit Windows 10 or Mac 10.14 (Mojave or Latest)
  • Ability to support a dual monitor set up

• $120,000 - $135,000 USD Total Comp Annually
