Role Overview:

As the Director of Product and Operations at Runnit, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing a comprehensive product strategy with a key focus on customer experience, market positioning, and product growth. You'll lead initiatives such as launching a new website, bringing a game changing new product to market, and enhancing the customer journey to ensure Runnit's products and services exceed user expectations.

You will also play a key role as an operational leader. Outside of your main product focus this will include special projects and process improvements to support organizational growth. Reporting directly to the executive team, you'll collaborate across departments to align priorities, manage resources, and drive product success in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You'll be joining a fast-growing company on the ground floor, helping shape the future of AI.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for new and existing offerings
• Guide market readiness for new products, including planning and coordinating product launches, go-to-market strategies, and marketing campaigns
• Lead initiatives to improve onboarding, tutorials, and customer success touchpoints, building a seamless and impactful user journey
• Manage the development and launch of a new website to strengthen brand presence and improve customer interactions
• Use analytics to understand user behavior to iterate and continuously improve product features
• Execute and own strategic projects assigned by the executive team to drive organizational efficiency and support company growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience managing product strategies and delivering customer-centric initiatives, ideally in B2B or SaaS
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach
• Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
