Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Product Design based in the New York City Metropolitan Area with the flexibility of some work from home. The Director of Product Design will be responsible for leading the design team, implementing design strategies, conducting user research, and managing product design processes on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Design Thinking and Design Strategy skills
• Experience in leading design teams and managing design processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance principles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
