About the roleAs the Product Lead for our emerging Ecosystem Group, you will craft a strong industry POV and multi-year strategic vision to drive Frame's interoperability workflows, API platform, and storage evolution - setting the pace car for the industry while delivering key customer value to drive forward Frame's vision to be the Creative Work In Progress solution of record.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all facets of strategy, roadmap, and integrations within Adobe as well as key external partners and products. You will collaborate with engineering and design to innovate across our platform, partner, and storage work streams. You will be accountable for the product and business KPIs for the ecosystem portfolio of products.
We're looking for a strong leader that has experience driving Product for platform work and a proven ability to deliver compelling customer value, work effectively in a cross-organization, geographically distributed environment, and exercise leadership to make a profound impact through influence.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $166,100 -- $334,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
