Infineon Technologies, a global Semiconductor Leader, is looking for an engaged leader and strong communicator, who is able to inspire and motivate a team of marketing professionals growing our Space, Defense and High Reliability Business. We seek someone who can communicate complex technical and business information to various stakeholders, while building and maintain relationships including customers, suppliers, and industry influencers.They must also possess an understanding of High Reliability electronic components that support Government and Civilian Space, Military,Aviation, Undersea and Medical Applications.

In your new role you will:

* Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, lead a team of ProductMarketing Managers, Portfolio Managers, Pricing Manager and ProposalFunction that encompasses a worldwide market focus for the Aerospace andDefense Industry

* Manage product roadmaps and lifecycle along with driving investmentand schedule in research and development of new technologies

* Assist in optimizing the margin for the Profit and Loss function ofthe business

* Drive the release of products and definition in cooperation withTechnical Marketing, Applications, Field Applications and sales toinclude win strategies, collateral, customer alignment and campaigns

* Lead annual strategic market model which identifies strategic, totalavailable and serviceable market segments

* Make team the center of excellence for understanding the Space,Defense, Medical and Undersea segments along with any new HighReliability segments or opportunities

* Interface with peers across Infineon to bring new products andofferings into the Aerospace and Defense customer segment

* Identify and prioritize customers to focus sales and engagements

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

* A skilled marketer with a strong business sense, able to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share, with a proven track record of success inproduct and strategic marketing. The business supports an existing power portfolio that encompasses Integrated Circuits, MOSFETs, Diodes, Solid State Relays and other power discrete components but will expand into other areas and content

* Have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, System Engineering, Physics, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in the semiconductor, space or defense industry.

* An MBA is a plus along with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role

* Successful incumbent will manage both legacy and high growth product portfolios.

* Charged with growing product family by building strong value propositions in concept and development combined with value-based-pricing and Go-To-Market strategies

* Deep understanding of strategic marketing principles including mapping customer applications, development requirements and the competitive landscape
