If you're passionate about making a difference, influencing company direction, and thriving in an environment that values your vision and expertise, this could be the career move you've been waiting for!Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Program Management position include:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (MBA or relevant certifications a plus).Minimum of 15 years in the defense industry or related fields (nuclear, aerospace, etc.).At least 5 years of experience in program management and 5 years in an engineering role.Strong leadership skills to oversee and mentor a team of 2-10 people, ensuring strategic and technical success.Proficient in reading and interpreting Statements of Work (SOWs) and Terms & Conditions (Ts&Cs).Capable of managing complex programs, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and customer requirements.Experience leading responses to RFPs and RFIs and coordinating cross-functional reviews.Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and effectively present program results.Knowledge of program management tools and experience with business agreements (Teaming Agreements, NDAs).Willingness to travel occasionally and represent the company at trade shows or international meetings.Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including generous vacation and personal plans, 10 paid holidays, tuition and career development assistance, medical plans with HSA contributions, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, company-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and a service award program.DAVRON is the leading Headhunter and Executive Search firm for Engineering, Architecture, Construction, and Manufacturing professionals nationwide.
