Director of Property Management - Morrow & Associates : Job Details

Our client is a very active Philadelphia based private-equity real estate company with a 20M sq.ft. portfolio expanding multiple asset classes (office, industrial, retail, etc.). For over 70 years, they have owned/operated commercial real estate in the local market as well as nationally. Due to a growing portfolio they are looking to hire a Director of Property Management to oversee their property management team. Position is based in our client's headquarters in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

Key Details:

• Job title - Director of Property Management
• Report to CEO/COO
• Player/Coach role overseeing the property management team
• 4-5 direct reports (Property Managers)
• 20M sq.ft. national portfolio of commercial real estate
• 25% travel required
• Position based in Bala Cynwyd, PA

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years of property management experience (preferably with multiple asset classes)
• Knowledge of private equity real estate property management
• A proactive player/coach to lead the team
• Experience overseeing capex and TI projects
• Experience with multiple asset classes (retail, office, industrial, multifamily)
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
