This is an opportunity for a highly skilled quality or metallurgy professional to step into a strategic leadership role, overseeing quality assurance, metallurgical standards, and process control in a fast-paced foundry environment.

Must-haves...

✔ Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Engineering (Master's preferred).

✔ 10+ years of foundry or industrial casting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

✔ Expertise in quality management systems (ISO, NIAC, PED, MIL/Tech Pub).

✔ Strong knowledge of metallurgy, alloy compositions, casting defects, and process control.

✔ Proven experience leading audits, managing compliance, and driving quality improvements.
