Director of Real Estate - The Nagler Group : Job Details

The Director of Real Estate is responsible for the organization's expansion strategy while maintaining a network of real estate contacts including brokers, developers, retailers and landowners. The successful candidate will also manage, and lease company owned and related properties, represent the company before government and trade groups, and present market research & demographic data to key stakeholders throughout the organization. Responsibilities include:

• Negotiating business terms while pursuing development of potential new properties
• Overseeing all Real Estate administrative functions, including reviewing legal documents, tenant billing for rent, taxes, insurance and common area maintenance charges, and management of company owned and leased real estate properties
• Leasing vacant space within company owned & related properties
• Functioning as contact to market research consultant in preparing sales forecast analysis related to expansion

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; at least 5 years commercial real estate experience is required
• Paralegal experience desirable
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented with accuracy & follow-through
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills & aptitude for problem solving
• Proficiency in MS Office & technically adept learning and utilizing new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as necessary
