Director of Recruiting - Independent Mortgage Bank (Columbus, OH)

This is a unique opportunity for a highly driven individual to shape the recruiting strategy, work directly with the CEO, and collaborate closely with Regional EVPs and other senior leaders to grow our business nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, headhunt, and recruit top talent: Focus on loan officers and branch managers in 47 states across the country.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies: Identify and attract high-performing professionals who align with our company culture and goals.
- Build and lead the recruiting department: Scale and refine processes to support growth while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with executive leadership: Partner with the CEO and Regional EVPs to align recruiting efforts with strategic business objectives.
- Utilize advanced tools to enhance recruiting: Leverage an extensive national database to identify top talent in our 47 markets for targeted prospecting. Utilize an industry-leading CRM to market to potential candidates and nurture those who meet our strict qualifications for production, skill, and culture.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive recruiting experience: A proven track record of success in sourcing and placing top talent. While mortgage industry experience is a plus, it's not required.
- Local to Columbus, OH: This is an in-market position.
